Marko Topchii - Benefit Concert for Ukraine

Ukrainian-born classical guitarist Marko Topchii's concert at Trinity Memorial Church in Binghamton, at 7 PM on Friday September 13.

In 2023 Marko Topchii took the top prize in the prestigious Guitar Foundation of America competition. This season, his Binghamton concert will be the first in his 20-city tour of the U.S. and Canada. Marko’s past performances have graced some of the most esteemed venues worldwide including Carnegie Hall, the Salle Cortot (Paris) and Yamaha Ginz Hall (Tokyo). His varied program will include music by J.S. Bach, Maurice Ravel, John Dowland, Agustín Barrïos and others.

This concert, co-presented by the Classical Guitar Society of Upstate New York and the local organization Together For Ukraine, will be a fundraiser for Ukrainian relief. Admission is free.
