As you have probably heard at this point, an exciting transition from SAFIR to XERA is currently underway! We understand that it might be confusing at first, but please don't worry. Your basic information has been migrated to XERA, and you will just need to follow these simple steps:
Log into XERA!
Log into https://safir.com/backoffice and select the "XERA" section in the left menu bar. There, you will find your XERA credentials. For your first login to https://xera.pro, please select the "Forgot Password?" option. Follow the process to reset your password from the email you receive (may take some time). Log into https://2access.io/ with the new password. This will generate a One-Time Password (OTP), which will be sent to you via email. Enter the OTP you received via email, and you're in!
Withdraw!
From https://safir.com/backoffice you will still have access to any pre-existing balances you had on your SAFIR Backoffice, and you will be able to withdraw them onto your connected Nomo wallet from the "Withdraw All" menu section. We are pleased to announce that all withdrawal fees, as well as minimum and daily withdrawal limits, have been waived to facilitate a smooth transfer of your assets. Also, we are happy to confirm that there soon will be an upcoming Nomo WebOn that will allow further asset migration options to XERA. Note: If you hadn't previously connected your Nomo App to your SAFIR Backoffice, you will still have the option to connect it now in order to withdraw your balance. To do this, click on "Nomo App" in the left menu bar and then select "Connect App".
3. Manage!
Once you have access to the new and exiting XERA page, you will also have access to the KMINTIGS page (https://kmintings.com/). From there, you will find any Minting devices you had previously purchased, as well as their corresponding minted coins/token! Moving forward, you will be able to continue managing your minting assets from this page, including transferring your coins/tokens.
