Meet Jay Pace - Director, Providence Property

Jay began his investment career in 2005 as a licensed derivatives broker, trading futures on the Australian Securities Exchange and managing millions in client funds across domestic and international markets.

Over the course of a decade, he developed expertise in shares and derivatives, specialising in exchange-traded options. His passion for investments eventually led him to property options, where his market analysis skills helped him build an impressive personal portfolio. Since joining Providence in 2014, Jay has been dedicated to helping Australians achieve their wealth generation goals through strategic property investments.

Outside of work, Jay is a thrill-seeker with a lifelong love for fast cars and bikes, inspired by his father and classic muscle cars like the Ford XY GTHO and Holden SLR 5000 Torana. His passion for speed has taken him on driving adventures across the globe. At home, Jay is a devoted father to two young daughters who keep him on his toes with Disney singalongs and tea parties. When he’s not busy with family life, he enjoys practicing martial arts and waterskiing.
