We with anxiety issues but especially health anxiety deal with all sorts of different types of mental and physical stress symptoms. For many it starts with the common fast heart beat, shallow breathing and dizziness but later shifts over to anxiety symptoms relating to the nervous system.
Painful nerves, muscle twitches and burning sensations are common for people who have been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks for a longer time.
Over time dealing with the overwhelming worry the muscles have become tight and stiff, nerves are constantly fired up and our hypersensitivity to bodily changes make us aware of every little change in our body.
With all these symptoms we start to wonder if there actually is something seriously wrong with us. Especially because we genuinely have symptoms even during times we don’t even feel anxious at all.
We start to worry we might suffer from MS, ALS, lyme disease or perhaps from a brain tumor.
In this video I talk about how I felt, what kind of symptoms and sensations I had and how I eventually beat anxiety.
