Our new people with significant control (PSC) discrepancy reporting service

This video is in the process of being updated due to changes in legislation.

On 1 April 2023, an amendment to the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Regulations 2022 came into effect.

The amendment includes changes to the way obliged entities report discrepancies, and a new definition of ‘material discrepancy’.

The new regulations will also apply to the Register of Overseas Entities.
