Traditional English Scones

These classic English Scones with Strawberry Jam and Clotted Cream were created to mark the Coronation of King Charles III and Camila, Queen Consort. It's an official recipe by Martha Collison, posted on the Coronation Tookit for Big Lunch celebrations and street parties. These Coronation Crown Scones have peaks like crowns and the recipe calls for Darjeeling tea - the King's favourite!
