'Reaching the Light Together' highlights the lived experience of two individuals living with major depressive disorder (MDD), alongside expert insights from Dr. Gregory Mattingly, MD. The film follows Krystal and Mizkat along their unique mental health journeys, detailing how they came to receive their diagnosis and how they found the strength and support needed to overcome a serious mental health condition.
