I get so triggered when people say a certain herb or supplement, boosts an immune system. The immune system doesn’t work that way. A vaccine can provide something for the immune system to develop cells and immunity against but herbs and supplements do not provide those same kinds of blue prints or role.
Lastly, if these kinds of things really worked, don’t you think we pediatricians would be first in line seeing that we are always the one to be around sick children? Or that we would be giving these to our own kids? There’s no gatekeeping going on here!
