In the Fear and Hunger series, there are multiple unique coin flips which happen in the middle of battle in which you will need to choose Heads or Tails. The incorrect choice will result in either heavy damage or an instant game over. It's a highly suspenseful component and the enemies in which it will happen for are the Villagers, the Woodsman, the Poe, the Decrepit Priest, Neighbors, Ronteals, August, Vile, Chaugnar, Giant, Pillarman, Bremen Trooper, Ghoul Soldier, Half-Cocooned, Rancid the Sergal, Owl Cultist, Platoon, and Moon God Rher.
