How to answer what are your strengths and weaknesses in a job interview.

When you're asked in a job interview, what are your strengths and weaknesses?
Don't panic there is a way to answer this question.
And there's a way to prepare for this so you don't get nervous when they ask you.
This one of the most difficult aspects of a job interview is that you have to talk about yourself, especially if you're introverted and really humble, this is probably the last thing that you want to do, but here's the thing practice truly does make perfect.
So you need to think ahead of a job interview what are your strengths, one of the best ways to think about your strengths are to think about your current job.
What are you currently doing? what are your transferable skills? maybe some evaluations that you've had with your boss or conversations you've had with mentors and think deeply about what it is you bring to the table, when it comes to weaknesses you can't just talk about any weakness in a job interview you have to make sure that your answer is honest and you also have to make sure that it can be construed as a strength.
For example in a job interview you cannot say that you're a procrastinator, or you can't get anywhere on time because that simply cannot be construed as a strength if you Google this, almost every Google result will say just say that you're a perfectionist, please don't do that it's just a horrible answer because it's really not true 99.9% of the time.
Instead the best answer to what is your weakness is
number one, it's honest.
and number two, it can be construed as a strength.
Here's mine for example, if someone were to ask me what my weakness was is l would say I am incredibly impatient,
I am Type a l'm goal oriented I will get everything done on time and I do what I am told, but the overused aspect of that strength, is that l often, am very hard to live and work with because I want what I want, when I want it.
and this is really a big life lesson for me that I've had to learn that some of the most wonderful things in life need time right the dough needs time to rise, the seed needs time to germinate, and this is sort of something that I'm always working on.
