Life Force Japan (Arcade/PS1) Full Run on SP Difficult (Hardest)

Life Force (Japanese arcade port on the Salamander Deluxe Pack Plus)

For this run I turned the wait control off, so there is no slowdown like in the original arcade game, which makes it a bit harder in this port (the port also has a higher difficulty available than the arcade, called "SP Difficult".

Note: This version of Life Force is different from the US version, there are different graphics and an entirely different powerup system that is more similar to Gradius than Salamander.

This game is not quite as ridiculous as Salamander, but it's nearly as bad on this difficulty since you can only earn 1 extend (unlike Salamander, which doesn't grant ANY). Forcefield is a little more useful here since you can actually get them a lot easier from powering up, and you can hold up to 4 of them (one on each side of the ship).

I think this is actually a much better game if you play it on normal difficulty, since you can build up far more lives.
