➡️ Counseling for selection of candidate for admission into 1st year Diploma in Paramedical course in the institutes of paramedical science attached to the Medical College and Hospital of Assam for the season 2019.

➡️ Documents....
Candidates must bring them all the original testimonials e.g
➡️ marks sheets of 10+2 exam,

➡️ Admit card of HSLC examination,

➡️ Pass certificate,

➡️ PRC,

➡️ Caste Certificate,

➡️ Un-Employed family certificate and

➡️ Other relevant documents,

➡️ Separate photo copies of the said documents,

➡️ Recent passport size photo copy will be required at the time of counselling,

➡️ For TGL/Ex-TGL candidates caste certificate must be issued by the DC/SDO and countersigned by Director, Tea welfare govt.of Assam.
➡️ For Char area candidates the certificate must be issued by Char Area Development Authority and Countersigned by DC/SDO.
