Introducing one of our favorite ways to customize hats... Direct-to-Film Transfers! The DTF-24H2 is the newest automatic, high-volume DTF printer.

Decorating hats and caps can be a struggle for a lot of apparel decorators. Embroidery is the most popular way, but it has so many limits AND takes time!

With a two head, high-volume DTF printer like this, you can bust out hundreds of transfers in minutes, then with only a 10 second press time you can produce customized hats super fast.

The best part about DTF printing is the color. As you can see, these logos range from two color designs to full on colorful horse logos. and it's automatic so after the machine prints, the adhesive powder is poured on top, beaten and warmed so it's ready for application.

For the heat pressing these transfers onto hats, we are using the Hotronix 360 IQ Hat press. This press features individually operating upper and lower platens, a touch screen control panel, and a silicone platen that makes it east to press on all areas of your hat.

DTF transfers stick on cotton, polys and blends. So you can decorate any type of hat you want! Just like a snap back, baseball hat, trucker cap, and more.

Plus, you can put transfers on so many different areas of hats, like in this video where we decorate a hat bill, the back of the hat, side panel and front.
