First Cambodian Food Festival in Long Beach, CA

@battambongbob of @battambongbbq has not only put Cambodian food on the map but brought our community closer, with an iconic vision to transition old beliefs from the older generation to bright, unified, and supportive vibes for the new generation of Cambodian Americans. I am so proud to know Pu Chad and feel the inclusivity in the community from his leadership!

I love showing my friends Cambodian food and Cambodian culture, and they loved the flavors and music. They all had a blast! We were so surprised how packed it was early on, but I loved seeing how many people showed up, munching and dancing away!

We tasted Shlap Muan’s Kreung and Dirty Elvis Wings, the iconic Carmelized Pork Belly from Battambong Bob, every single flavor from @DrinkSweetGrass (watermelon is my favorite), the skewers from @TheGoldenSkewer, and went home with Ida’s delicious ube and Pandan crackers cookies 😋 Our friends got some nachos from @chinitos_tacos, short ribs from @Kreung_Kitchen, and various desserts from @haus_of_nom!
