Grocery List/Ingredients:

Chopped steak (family 4 Pack)
Impossinle Meat (Low sodium)

Brown on both sides with veggies
1/2 cup of onion (add to pan with meat also)
1/2 mix bell peppers( add to pan with meats)
(Gravy) use any kind of packaged brown gravy follow directions
Add 1cup beef broth
1 cup of water
Pour in mixer over meat and simmer for on low for about 15 to 20mins. Watch and stir

Cream Stew Corn

We use 4 bags of frozen corn
but you use can corn is fine also

1 box 8oz Philadelphia
1 1/2 stick butter for 4 bags of corn but if you using small amount just halfing the amount on your servings
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
-Make sure to watch as and stir— as it cooks down

Broccoli
(For family size)

Add water 1cup

1 stick of butter

Season with garlic

Salt and pepper to taste


Mashed potatoes
Golden potatoes
1 to 1& 1/2 stick of to taste
1/2 cup of chicken broth as needed pour in as needed
1/2cup heavy cream as needed pour in as needed
1/2 tea spoon of salt

Seasoning to taste:
Seasoning salt
Pepper
Season with garlic
