By using the Foniva Admin Panel, administrators and supervisors can follow, in real-time, every single element
of their agents work inside the call center.

Available columns are : the agent id, name, current group, current status, duration of the status.
Total calls column also shows the number of calls processed by the agent during the current day and the last hour.
This number is detailed by incoming, outbound, manuals, transferred and not answered calls.
The total login and conversation duration is also available.

The real-time status of the agents shows those currently in inbound conversation, doing outbound calls,
in Not ready status along with their current activity.

Another feature available in all live statistics views is the filtering option for a quick access to the desired resource.
Also, each user can customize his own view by selecting the desired columns.
