Cauliflower is a brassica vegetable and a member of the cabbage family. It is our part of our strategy of growing high value crops at Winterthorn.

Late in 2021, we suspended growing it after a lot of challenges with Diamond Back Moth (DBM), especially when we tried to continue growing it after it's normal season.

This video shares the story of how we grew a crop of cauliflower in our shadehouse on Riverside 4 Block C, overcoming some issues with irrigation, poor root establishment and the inevitable visit from our neighborhood insect pests.
