食材:8颗鸡蛋、30克江鱼仔、30克干辣椒、100克红葱头、50克蒜、1勺belacan粉、2勺糖、1勺鱼露、200毫升清水

1)把鸡蛋煮熟拔壳抹干备用
2)把30克干辣椒去籽泡软,跟100克红葱头、50克蒜一起搅成泥
3)热锅热油,把鸡蛋炸至金黄色捞出;再加入江鱼仔炸至金黄色捞出备用
4)锅留底油,加入辣椒泥再加1勺belacan粉小火翻炒均匀大约10分钟,再加入2勺糖、1勺鱼露继续翻炒
5)加入鸡蛋炒均匀,再加200毫升清水搅拌均匀开大火煮开,煮至浓稠再加入炸好的江鱼仔就可以开吃啦❤️
