Note that you have to be at the narrow ends of the acceleration gates in order to have a guaranteed overseer spawn. I have done this at least 30 times and they have always been there when I used this trick.

Most of the time spent is flying around the gates. I recommend a quicker ship than the dominix if you want to do this efficiently. I also recommend you don't sacrifice all of your tank since things CAN go terribly wrong with the elite frigates in the Angel pocket.

Sansha:
Triggers - Centus Savage lord OR Centus Plague Lord (if there are no Savage Lords)
Damage dealt: EM/Therm
Recommended damage: EM/Therm
No specific threat in this pocket.

Angel:
Triggers - Gist War General OR Gist Warlord (if no War Generals are present)
Damage dealt: Explosive/Kinetic
Recommended damage: Explosive/Kinetic
Lots of warp scrambling frigates which MAY aggro so be careful.

I have received more than a 100 Million ISK worth of loot in one of these ships plus 20 Million ISK salvage loot so it is possible to earn a lot if you are lucky. On average I think I get 6-7 real overseers per week and it only takes between 10-15 minutes to run through.
