I've said it before and I'll say it again: Completely blown away by what Blackmagic Design offers independent filmmakers like you and me.

The all new Blackmagic Cinema Camera 6K boasts a full frame sensor and a boat load of incredible features at a price point under $3K. DANG. When I first started filmmaking, we were limited to things like the DVX100B and mini DV tapes. Times have changed.

This lesson steps through using the camera. We explore the menu and external buttons. Talk about various features and tips. If you're new to the Cinema Camera 6K or Blackmagic cameras in general, this will get you started out on the right foot.

I'll be uploading another couple lessons soon showing how to update firmware and also comparing footage from the Cinema Camera 6K and the Pocket 4K. Both 6K open gate and 4K DCI.
