General Assessment
Nemesis Pal is composed of 2 parts:

The Nemesis pal, where he keeps throwing special IconRandomBomb.png bombs at incoming enemies.
Summoning a Celestial Nemesis dragon when the pal ability bar is full.
The pal form is always active and the Nemesis dragon will be summoned when fully charged, not hindering the pal's bombs in any way.

This makes it better than before, since Nemesis can keep firing bombs without any other special ability interference.

Pal form
The Nemesis pal has a unique kind of attack, where he throws some random bombs, each featuring a special kind of effect. Each bomb deals the same amount of normal damage in a small radius.

One of five different types of effects may be activated upon the impact of the bomb:

Blessing: chance on hit to apply a blessing in a small area.
Confusion: chance on hit to confuse enemies which will fight for you for a short duration.
Infection: chance on hit to infect enemies which will fight for you until they die.
Black Magic: A small Black Magic effect is triggered, copying hostile units in range to fight for you.
Spirit Howl: A small Spirit Howl effect is triggered, copying friendly units in range to fight for you.
Each time Nemesis Pal attacks there will be an equal chance to trigger any of these effects. None of the effects can be triggered twice per attack.

Confusion and Infection effects will have a chance on hit if a bomb of this type is triggered.
Blessing, Black Magic, and Spirit Howl effects will always be happening when a bomb of this type is triggered.
