Above all my accomplishments as a musician and industrialist, I take immense pride in my role as a college professor. In our modern world dominated by technology, we often overlook the essence of human connectivity where educators rule. To bridge this gap, I’ve actively engaged with students from kindergarten to 5th grade, fostering a project-based curriculum. Academicians hold a crucial responsibility, as they shape the influential leaders of tomorrow. Nurturing creativity from an early age is paramount, and our education system must focus on identifying and nurturing each child’s unique genius. The demand for educators is on the rise, with approximately 96 million new teachers needed in technical education in the coming years. We’re entering a realm where job roles for 2030 don’t even have clear definitions today. As the future of the industry promises excitement and unpredictability, instilling creative intelligence in young minds is imperative. Artistic creativity, collaborative creativity, cognitive creativity, design, and innovation are integral components of the Creative Intelligence model. If the next generation can imagine, they can create, and in their creations, they have the power to transform the world. Let the students of Tamil Nadu achieve remarkable feats through project-based learning and unleash their creative potential.
