'Passive Resistance House' blends timber, brick veneer, and corrugated iron. Inside, polished concrete floors with in-slab heating contrast cosy carpeted bedrooms. Double-glazed UPVC windows maximize energy efficiency, while Kingspan Aircell insulation wraps the building. A 4kW solar PV system and 16,200L rainwater tanks ensure self-sufficiency. Ironbark decking and LED lighting grace the outdoor space. An internal courtyard welcomes sunlight. Recent upgrades include a 3kW off-grid PV setup and DHW Heat Pump.
