Welcome back to my @EktasKitchen . Today, we'll be making mouthwatering Moong Dal Kachori using an air fryer. These crispy, flaky kachoris are filled with spiced moong dal and are a delightful snack

Here are the ingredients you'll need for this delicious recipe

For Dough

2 cups all purpose flour (maida)
1/3cup ghee
1/2 teaspoon carom seeds
1/2 tsp salt

For Moong Dal Kachori Filling

1/2 cup 3-4 hours soaked moong dal
2 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon crushed coriander seeds
pinch of hing
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 cup gram flour (besan)
1 tablespoon chilli garlic ginger paste
1 teaspoon red chill powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon mango powder
1 teaspoon kasoori methi
1/2 tablespoon ghee
salt to taste
pinch of baking soda
