This is a 60 Minute full body yoga conditioning class infusing abdominal core, upper body and leg strengtheners into our flow. Class begins with some functional pilates style core sequences to warm up followed by variations on sun salutes, gate, lunges, planks and a final challenge practising Lolasana (Pendant Pose). A full body challenge to improve your cardiovascular fitness and strength. Class is punctuated with balancing counter stretches and rest throughout.
