This is a review of the Prismacolor Premiere colored pencil. In this video I look at the individual performance characteristics of this popular wax based pencil. Having had years of experience with these, I can say that they are a good value for the money. The core tends to break easier than some people like (especially when sharpening), but there are ways to mitigate that and I talk about those in the video. I give these colored pencils and 8 to 8.5 out of 10. Good value, vibrant colors, solid overall performance.
