Tahajjud, Also Known As The Night Prayer, Holds A Special Place In Islamic Worship. Its Name Is Derived From The Arabic Word "Tahajjada," Meaning To Awake Or Arise. Asan Tarika (Easy Method):
Intention (Niyyah): Begin With A Pure Intention In Your Heart To Pray Tahajjud Solely For The Sake Of Allah And Seeking His Blessings.
Make Wudu (Ablution): Perform The Ritual Ablution To Cleanse Yourself Physically And Spiritually Before Approaching The Prayer.
Choose Odd Number Of Units (Rak'ahs): Tahajjud Is Typically Prayed In Odd Numbers Of Rak'ahs. You Can Start With Two Rak'ahs And Increase As You Feel Comfortable.
Recitation Of Quranic Verses: During Each Rak'ah, Recite Verses From The Quran. You May Choose Longer Or Shorter Passages, Depending On Your Preference And Time Available.
Rukoo' And Sujood (Bow And Prostration): Engage In The Physical Acts Of Bowing And Prostration, Expressing Humility And Submission To Allah.
Dua (Supplication): Use The Time Between The Bowing And Prostration To Earnestly Supplicate To Allah. Pour Your Heart Out In Your Native Language, Seeking Guidance, Forgiveness, And Blessings.
Consistency: While There Is No Fixed Number Of Rak'ahs For Tahajjud, Maintaining Consistency Is Key. You Can Start With A Few Rak'ahs And Gradually Increase Them Over Time.
