In this video I show how you can use a Zoom H5 digital audio recorder as an external microphone or audio interface so you can record with an external microphone on an Android phone. In this demonstration I use a Samsung A53-5G phone plus a Zoom H5, and a mini-USB to USB-C cable. If you wish to use an H5 recorder with your Android phone, it needs to be OTG compatible. This might not be the case if you have an older phone or a budget model.
