जमीयत उलमा-ए-हिंद ने मदरसों के संबंध में योगी सरकार के हालिया आदेश को असंवैधानिक करार दिया है. साथ ही इसे अल्पसंख्यकों के अधिकारों का हनन करने वाली कार्रवाई बताया है. उलेमा ने मांग की है कि इसे बिना देरी के वापस लिया जाए. जमीयत उलमा-ए-हिंद के अध्यक्ष मौलाना महमूद असद मदनी ने सरकार को एक पत्र भी लिखा.

Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind has declared the recent order of Yogi government regarding madrassas as unconstitutional. It has also been described as an action that violates the rights of minorities. Ulema have demanded that it be withdrawn without any delay. Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind President Maulana Mahmood Asad Madani also wrote a letter to the government.
