About Me:
This is ChethanaSpoorthi I am 34 year old. I did one meal a day for 100 days and lost 35 Pounds.

I am up for a new challenge of doing 90 days of ONE MEAL A DAY CHALLENGE and posting #shorts everyday, updating you on what I am eating and how much weight I am loosing.

Trust me, I have tried everything, yoga, weight training, Cardio, eating small meals, juicing, low carb…

But all these weren’t addressing:
Hormone imbalance
Insulin spikes
Energy Crashes
Pre Diabetic
High blood sugar levels
Binge eating tendencies
PCOS
Irregular periods.
