a week in the life of a uci engineering student (project manager edition)

Hi! This vlog's content is a bit old, but here's a week in the life of a UCI engineering student! This vlog was filmed during week 9 (second-to-last week) of my senior year spring quarter, which happened to be a very crazy week for my senior design project (HyperXite). HyperXite is UCI's Hyperloop team, and I was the team's project manager at the time of this vlog. The Hyperloop was proposed as a new, faster, and more sustainable method of transportation back in 2013. The Hyperloop concept consists of a solar-powered pod that utilizes electromagnetic propulsion and travels within a near-vacuum tube. HyperXite is a team of 30 undergraduate students endeavoring to design, build, and test a small-scale Hyperloop pod prototype.

The week captured in the vlog is a bit unusual because it was the week before our big Demonstration Day, so I hope pretty much 30 minutes of lab content doesn't get too boring! Thanks for watching!
