We went to the Fish Markets to have a look. Hundreds of vendors with thousands of fish. Very busy and noisy and smelly. We ended up buying some to take home to cook. You can however go out the back to multiple kitchens where they will cook the fish to your taste. They do a mean Satay, spicy prawn as seen at..3:45.. If ever you are in Abu Dhabi, check the markets.
