今天奶奶想吃我们家乡特色的保山卤辣子，阿霞跑去小卖铺买了猪皮和笋子，准备给她做一锅地道的家常菜。猪皮要切成细条，笋子提前泡发再煮，再加上剁成块的猪蹄搭配炒好的辣椒和调料一起炖上三小时，香味扑鼻。做好的卤辣子鲜香入味，配饭特别好吃，奶奶吃得特别开心。大家如果有兴趣，也可以试试用家里的干笋子做哦！

Along with chopped pork trotters, they were simmered with stir-fried chili and seasonings for three hours, filling the air with a rich aroma. The finished dish was flavorful and perfect with rice.
