In todays video, we will talk about Vodafona Idea full fundamental analysis. Will it be a Multi-Bagger or Multi-begger?
Vodafona Idea share has jumped in previous month when rumour come Google is about to invest in Vodafone Idea. Before the launch of Jio, telecom companies are working very good. But when Jio launch publically many telecom sector business shut down and many companies merges. After the launch of Jio, Vodafone Idea merge so that they can perform good. But Jio customer base is growing at a fast rate which leads to downfall in customer base for other telecom companies. Vodafone is reporting losses in its revenue from last 7 quarters. In september 2019, company reported a loss of 50,000cr which is India high quarterly loss in corporate world. Other than losses company is facing two big problems which is AGT dues and other is High debt. Company has 56000cr AGR dues pending from which company had paid only 7500cr. Government has ordered to pay early the remaining amount. Vodafone Idea had apprpached supreme court to allow then to pay pending dues in installments for next 20 years.Currently, company is not in a condition pay a hige amount. Company also has a debt of 96,313cr. Company is facing worse conditions, if condition get much worse then may they file for bankruptcy.
