Cheesy Bread Bites...
Thanks to Ian for putting together this fun collaboration. Gamedays, in the US or UK always call for a recipe that's easy to make and truly tasty. My recipe uses freshly risen bread dough but if you can find ready made dough where you are, that will work well too.

Recipe

Ingredients
One batch of my homemade bread dough, risen once

Your favourite soft cheese
A jar of caramelised onions
A few pomegranate seeds

Method
1) Knock the air out of the dough and cut into 12 pieces
2) squash each one into the spaces in a shallow bun tray
3) Top with a tsp of the caramelised onions, a chunk of the cheese and a few of the pomegranate seeds
4) Bake for 20 mins in a hot oven
5) serve straight away
