Join Amy Kiser Schemper for a LIVE 30-Minute Kettlebell Lower Body Strength & Cardio Workout. This is a lower body kettlebell workout that focuses on lower body strength moves with some cardio intervals in only 30 minutes. It will go live on Monday, March 4th, 2024 at 9am PT. All you need are your weights and little space to move. Modifications will be provided for all fitness levels. Let's do it!
