Breaking News | Arson And Stone Pelting In Howrah, Times Network Journalist Attacked During Clashes

Breaking News: In West Bengal's Howrah, the situation remained tense on Friday as reports of stone-throwing events came out of the region. Conflicts between two groups occurred during a parade celebrating Ram Navami in Kazipara, Howrah, on Thursday. A Times Network reporter was hurt during the stone-pelting incident, according to Tamal Saha of Times Now. Saha, meantime, stated that one group hoisted a white flag following the stone-pelting event. The throwing of stones has ended. Prominent religious figures have gathered in the region and are attempting to calm the situation. Several police officers were sent to the area in order to keep the peace. At least 35 persons were detained in relation to the violence during the Ram Navami procession after the city police conducted searches and raids in several areas around Kazipara. Listen In!
