Off The Grid in Michigan's Upper Peninsula: Manistique, Michigan 5K.

Manistique is an isolated small town along the north shore of Lake Michigan in Michigan's U.P. Kitch-Iti-kipi is the towns main attraction, and it's located in a state park several miles west of town. Kitch-iti-kipi is the largest natural fresh water spring in the state of Michigan. There's a boardwalk along the shore of Lake Michigan in town, and other than that, the town has seen better days.
