Taiwanese baker Chen Yung-hsin recently won the artistic award at the Mondial du Pain, a major international bread competition in France. Today, Chen presented his prize-winning work to the general public. Standing nearly a meter in height is this “bull demon” made from bread. It has a special set of curly horns and a ferocious, lifelike expression. I’d be sad then laugh it off and think that tomorrow would be a little better.In the formal competition, Chen and his team were asked to make 12 different types of bread in just eight hours, including black bread made with black-bone chicken.
