Twelfth Night Summary: Shakespeare's BEST Comedy?? 💘(Animated)

(Summary: Twelfth Night by William Shakespeare)
'If music be the food of love, play on'.
Shakespeare is famous for comedies revolving around mistaken identity, and Twelfth Night is my personal favourite. Beyond the infamous love triangle with Orsino, Viola and Olivia, the side plots are just as, if not more, entertaining, thanks to the brilliant characterisations of Sir Toby Belch, Sir Andrew Aguecheek, Feste, Maria and Malvolio.
The full title of this play is actually 'Twelfth Night, or What You Will', and refers to the twelfth night after Christmas which was otherwise known as 'Epiphany Eve'. This holiday was a day of disguise and deception, where people would dress up as the opposite sex or in clothes from a different social status and generally try to mislead each other as much as possible.
