The Famous Cauliflower Steak! Yay or nay? Glazed Cauliflower

I tried the famous Cauliflower steak!
This recipe has generated quite the hype because of the contradiction that it is. Obviously, it’s not steak meat, but still, it is a steak. I tried it with my own swing in terms of flavours and it is really wow😋 If you get a really large Cauliflower, you might even be able to get two or three slices. Mine was a medium. You can even cook the remaining pieces in the same way; since I was trying the ‘steak’ I just cooked that slice.

Ingredients:
A thick slice of Cauliflower (about 1 & 1/2 inch)
A little Oil for frying
1 & 1/2 Tablespoon Salted Butter (total)
Salt to taste
3-4 Garlic cloves, peeled & smashed
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder, or as desired
1 Tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce (or Light)
1/4 Cup Water

For the side:
A little Coriander
A small bunch of Mint leaves
A small sized Onion
Half a Capsicum
2 Tablespoons Water
Salt to taste
2 pinches of Sugar
