I'm Erica Stalnaker. I'm the controller here at Mountaineer RV and Outdoor Center and I work at the Jane Lew location. Lightspeed custom reports are really easy to build. You just have to take the time to dig in and find the right data set to what you're wanting to pull into your report. And then you are able to build it and customize it. Make it be what you need it to be. And if it's not right, I'll just go back in and change something into what I do need it to be. So Lightspeed also has the ability to automate reports and I specifically use this feature at month end to run my inventory evaluation report and my balance sheet at the close of business on the last day of the month. Especially if it's a Saturday and I'm not going to be here, I'll run it at the end of the day. That way I have accurate reporting to go ahead and do my monthly close.
