If our ANOVA output informs significant difference between treatments, magnitude of difference between the treatments means need to be shown with the use of mean separation tools. One method of mean separation is using the List Significant Difference, LSD for short. LSD is a value used to compare the mean difference between treatment pairs and help decide whether a difference is significant or not. This is cool!!!! But this could be communicated better if LSD could be graphically represented, as will be shown in this video.
