A powerful hybrid engine combines a wavetable oscillator and two virtual analog oscillators for unparalleled sound creation possibilities. And a user-friendly front panel and intuitive workflow allow you to jump in and start bringing ideas to life without menu diving. When you’re ready to perform, full-size keys provide exceptional playability, and using the sequencer and Motion Pad, you can create and alter complex sounds and phrases on the fly. Unique phase and shape modulation options are also available to distort waveforms and unleash cutting-edge textures with complex overtones.

The sounds don’t stop there. GAIA 2 supports Roland Cloud expansions. Instantly swap between the built-in sound engine and classic Roland synthesizers like the JUPITER-8 or JUNO-106 with a dedicated button. The GAIA 2 workflow lets you reimagine vintage sounds with the front panel controls and put them to work with the sequencer.
