The ref() function is imported from Vue (import { ref } from 'vue';).
ref(0) creates a reactive reference with an initial value of 0.
To access the value of a ref, you use .value (e.g., count.value).
Changes to count.value will trigger reactivity and update the template.

Important Notes:

Always use .value when accessing the value of a ref.
When using ref(), the value itself is reactive, but if the value is an object, its properties are not reactive by default. For reactive object properties, use reactive() or ref() in combination with toRefs().

Reactivity of ref()

The value returned by ref() is a Ref object that contains the property .value. Any changes to .value will trigger updates in the template where it's used.

This approach with ref() is commonly used within the setup() function of Vue 3's Composition API to declare reactive state and functions in a component.
