Today's lunch was courtesy of my assistant Etornam who made this super simple authentic dish from his hometown in Peki in the Volta Region.
The Kokonte made me so full I thought I was going to burst out of my seams 🤣🤣🤣🤣. The Okro sauce was oil-free which I really loved!!!

I think I was unproductive for the rest of the day!

Cassava flour is the main ingredient for preparing Kokonte. It's gluten-free, nut free and very popular here in Ghana.
