LIVING IN SPRING VALLEY LAS VEGAS (2022) - What you should know about Spring Valley?

Hi, Welcome to my channel! In this video, I'm going to share my thoughts on living in Spring Valley Las Vegas and I'm also going to tell you what you should know about Spring Valley?

Spring Valley Las Vegas is a very desirable area due to its central location, and multiple dining and shopping options. It is conveniently located in the West side of I-15 and it is an acclaimed community because of its safety, amenities such as restaurants, parks, schools, and more. Let’s visit the biggest park in Spring Valley, which is Desert Breeze and has 240 acres, and soon the new phase of this park will be built on the South side of Spring Mountain Rd. This monumental park has basketball, baseball courts, dog parks, and its own aquatic community center that has an outdoor water park, and a large lap indoor pool. If you like soccer, you’ll love the Desert Breeze Soccer Complex that offers soccer classes for children, as well tournaments for all ages. Another big park in Spring Valley is Charlie Frias.

One of the best attractions in Spring Valley is the aquatic park Wet’n’Wild that has raft and tub water slides, pools, children areas, etc. Spring Valley is also very well known for China Town and Korea Town that feature a wide array of restaurants, coffee shops, markets, and much more. Some of the best restaurants are: Magic Noodle, Meraki Greek Grill, EDO Gastro Tapas, Shang Artisan Noodle, Mr Mamas Breakfast and Lunch, Chabby Cattle, Korean BBQ, Noodle Pot, Kyara Sushi, and others. Regarding real estate, you’ll find many, many options: Condos, townhouses and houses with and without homeowner’s association, and many commercial buildings.

Spring Valley keeps on expanding on the West side of I-215. Many companies also have facilities in Spring Valley, such as: Orleans Hotel and Casino, Spring Valley and Southern Hills Hospitals, computer, hardware and software companies; headquarters of several casinos, and law and medical offices. I am positive that Spring Valley will be one of your favorite areas in order to buy or invest in residential or commercial real estate in Las Vegas.
