Описание к видео Intense Rugby Speed, Agility and Cardio Session [ Axe Rugby ]

Intense Rugby Speed Agility and Cardio Session. If you love your rugby and want to level up, try this rugby session out. This session has a warm up, Speed, Agility and Cardio Component that you can do. If you have access to agility ladder and some cones that's great but isnt absolutely necessary.

In this video I will show you a warm up plus a speed block. Then 4 great agility ladder drills, and then explain how we can create our own agility drills as well as providing you with 4 extra drill examples. Finally we finish off with some cardio!

Try these out and let me know what you think!
