2015 Hyundai Genesis v8 rear spark plug removal and ignition coil plug.

How to remove the rear spark plug without removing additional parts. you need a 6" extension 3/8 , 5/8 spark plug socket, a flexible magnet tool. mine was from Lowes in the craftsman tool section for $10. To unplug coil plug you will need to slip a 90° angle hook tool between the center black clip and tilt it upwards to release pressure on gray safety clip which you will need to keep upwards and try to slide the gray plug away from coil. once it slides you have to now press the black center of plug and slide the connector away from coil and you should be able to remove the coil now.. You need a long flat head screw driver tool or hook tool to help push against socket and extention to separate in order to remove the tools in tight rear work area. then you will need the long flexible magnet tool to remove the spark plug socket with the spark plug.
