After the debacle of NTR biopic, Nandamuri Balakrishna is gearing up to entertain the Telugu-speaking audience with his latest outing Ruler. Directed by KS Ravi Kumar of ‘Jai Simha’ fame, the video promos and lyrical songs of the actioner have managed to strike the right chord with the masses and with the pre-release event being a success, Ruler has hit the worldwide theaters today (December 20) amid decent expectations.Featuring Balayya Babu in dual avatars, the film is touted to be a typical commercial entertainer blended with action, romance, tragedy, comedy and a multitude of emotions.
